You’ll need:
🥕 1 leek, sliced
🥔 1 small potato, diced
🥕 2 carrots, chopped
🌱 1 handful spinach or spring greens (or any other vegetables you might have in the fridge!)
🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
🥣 750ml good quality vegetable stock
