Why collagen is a foundation — not a miracle

I want to be really honest here.... Collagen isn’t magic.

But it is foundational when you:

  • Take it consistently
  • Support it with vitamin C
  • Eat enough protein
  • Get plenty of sleep
  • Reduce chronic stress (as much as real life allows)

When you do all of that, you start to notice the difference.

  • Skin that feels stronger, not just glowier.
  • Hair that feels supported, not fragile.
  • A body that feels like it’s on your side.

If you’re part of this community, I want you to know this.... You don’t need to do everything. You just need to do a few things often enough. Collagen is one of those things for me.
